Responsibilities
Creating end-to-end architecture designs for Salesforce implementation, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals
Acting as a "translator" between non-technical executives and the development team to ensure the system solves real business problems
Defining the standards for data modeling, automation (Flow), and security to prevent "technical debt"
Providing guidance on which Salesforce clouds (Sales, CPQ, Service, Experience, etc.) or AppExchange products are best suited for a specific need
Designing how Salesforce will integrate with other systems, tools, or custom databases (P2P or middleware)
Mentoring junior developers and admins to ensure they follow the established architecture
Qualification
Required
Creating end-to-end architecture designs for Salesforce implementation, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals
Acting as a 'translator' between non-technical executives and the development team to ensure the system solves real business problems
Defining the standards for data modeling, automation (Flow), and security to prevent 'technical debt'

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Data Modeling, Role Hierarchies, and Object-Oriented design
Proven ability to implement solutions across multiple products
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
The ability to look past a single request to see how it affects the entire ecosystem
Mentoring junior developers and admins to ensure they follow the established architecture
