Director of MSP Partnerships
eTeam is seeking a strategic leader to serve as a Director of MSP Partnerships & Workforce Solutions, focusing on expanding their footprint within the MSP ecosystem. The role involves managing client accounts, developing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Develop new relationships and expand the eTeam footprint within key accounts/
Partner with MSP sales and delivery teams to co-sell and solution client needs
Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within MSP-managed client programs
Represent eTeam at MSP QBRs, industry events, and leadership engagements
Collaborate with internal sales, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Monitor performance metrics and optimize service delivery to ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in contingent workforce solutions, preferably with significant MSP ecosystem experience
Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS landscape, delivery models, and partner dynamics
Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to navigate complex partner organizations
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
