Business Development & Sales Representative
ComForCare is a company focused on providing care to families in need, and they are seeking a Business Development & Sales Representative. This role combines client support, community outreach, and sales, allowing the representative to build relationships and help families navigate care options.

Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations and assessments (training provided)
Help families understand care options and next steps
Manage intake and onboarding processes
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and families
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (agencies, rehab facilities, case managers, senior living communities, etc.)
Proactively follow up and ask for referrals
Represent the organization professionally in the community
Identify new opportunities and “scrap” for business to grow your territory
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable asking for referrals and building relationships
Willingness to learn basic care knowledge to support clients
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Self-motivated, scrappy, and ready to make things happen
Preferred
Prior clinical, healthcare, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
