Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Ace
Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
Data entry of sensitive information
General inbound customer service
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
Conscientious, team player
Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
Preferred
Service Titan experience preferred but not required
