Group Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics

Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the U.S. Ethics program, which includes evaluating resources, structure, and talent, and having oversight of all U.S. ethics cases
Developing risk-based and measurable objectives and goals for the U.S. Ethics program that align with the overarching Global Ethics strategy
Serving as the primary contact for executive business leaders and the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer on ethics matters, initiatives and offering ethics guidance and support
Collaborating with Global Ethics associates, legal counsels, investigators, and other stakeholders to establish, maintain, and continuously evaluate and modify the handling of ethics allegations, case management best practices, risk identification and mitigation strategies, interpretation of the Code of Conduct, and standards for case management performance
Assessing enterprise risks that arise from significant violations of our Code of Conduct, including legal and regulatory violations, and identifying and mitigating misconduct, risks, and gaps in policies and controls
Analyzing findings of investigations, formulating decisions and recommendations for accountability and remediation, ensuring uniform assessment and disposition of ethics cases in line with ethics case management governance, and supporting the development of training and awareness initiatives
Leveraging data, metrics, and analytics and establishing key performance indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and trends; continually refining and enhancing our use of data to evaluate risks; and producing actionable insights to executive leadership
Actively seeking opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline processes, enhance reporting insights, increase efficiency and productivity, and drive innovation
