National Account Executive - Media Sales

Adsposure is a subsidiary of EST03 Inc. that specializes in advertising on transit media. They are seeking a National Account Executive to drive advertising revenue and accelerate growth across key U.S. markets by expanding client partnerships and increasing market share.

Responsibilities

Sell advertising inventory across all assigned markets, with a focus on both new and established territories
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and client engagement
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while cultivating lasting client relationships
Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals aligned with client goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Project Management, Operations, and Accounting) to execute flawless campaigns
Track activity and maintain CRM accuracy to manage pipeline and report KPIs
Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Stay informed on media, marketing, and transit trends to offer forward-thinking solutions
Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and support growth in local markets

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in media or advertising
Proven experience selling across multiple regions or accounts
Self-motivated, high-energy, and competitive with a strong hunter mentality
Excellent communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and travel frequently
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Nutshell, HubSpot) and MS Office tools
