Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, Central Fill (2nd Shift)

The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for processing and shipping prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and workflow efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company
Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations
Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders
Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores
Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed
Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors
Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed
Create and maintain documentation as requested
Assist Inventory Technicians as requested. Participate in Inventory Audits
Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations

Required

High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment
Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information
Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others
Must be committed to achieving optimal productivity and efficiency and be self-motivated, energetic, and detail oriented
Acts as a highly organized, flexible, adaptable subject matter expert who can prioritize
Works well with others and can motivate people you work with. Able to be a role model and lead by example
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Professional image with proper grooming
Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours as needed

Preferred

Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc
Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience
Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work.)
Good computer skills
Good math skills
