Associate Frontend Software Engineer

They are seeking a motivated Frontend Software Engineer to develop intuitive, performant, and maintainable user interfaces that support critical business workflows.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing features using JavaScript and React
Build reusable, scalable UI components and manage complex application state
Create responsive layouts that follow established design standards and style guides
Debug and optimize performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams when developing new features or fixing issues
Identify and address technical debt in existing codebases
Produce clear documentation for features, processes, and architectural decisions
Participate actively in team meetings, stay current with modern frontend technologies, and share knowledge with peers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Node, npm/yarn)
Solid understanding of React fundamentals, including lifecycle methods, hooks, and context
Strong grasp of core JavaScript concepts such as promises, events, modules, and exception handling
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility considerations
Experience with Git workflows and version control best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
