Paid Media & Performance Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Paid Media & Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of all paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize campaign performance, and report on ROI and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead paid acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social platforms
Implement audience segmentation, creative testing, and advanced bidding strategies
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and targeting refinements
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, CLV, and conversion rates
Perform ongoing A/B testing on ad creative, messaging, landing pages, and funnels
Use data to continuously refine audience targets and budget allocation
Build and maintain dashboards to communicate performance transparently
Translate insights into strategic decisions and recommendations
Report weekly/monthly performance to leadership with actionable insights
Partner with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, product) to align paid efforts with broader marketing strategies
Stay ahead of digital advertising innovations and platform updates
Mentor or grow future team members as our paid media footprint expands

Required

3+ years managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms
Proven track record of driving measurable results (higher ROAS, lower CAC)
Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and campaign analytics
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and bid optimization
Data-driven thinker with a passion for testing, scaling, and continuous improvement
Strategic communicator with clear reporting and cross-team collaboration skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment

Preferred

Experience with programmatic ad platforms or advanced paid tools
Exposure to A/B and multivariate testing software
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other platform certifications
