Contract Analyst Senior

Responsibilities

Reviews initial contract submitted for accuracy, acceptable language and terms
Reviews documents for changes including all current agreements and internal policies and procedures
Assesses compliance with current law and utilizes legal resources to assure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met
Assumes responsibility to prepare contract documents as requested and ensures that such documents contain complete and accurate terms and conditions of a business relationship including compliance with current law, regulation and accreditation standards
Notifies team leadership of identified problems or revisions needed with contract terms and participates in activities to ensure compliance
Coordinates gathering and assembling of documentation for key controls and uploading results electronically in an accessible data management system
Reviews any adverse results with team leadership
Coordinates data and performs ongoing maintenance of contract application in a data management system. Assists in the training and problem-solving in the application
Creates and performs quality control audits of contract rates and terms. Coordinates and supports ongoing data compilation and analysis for service area expansion
Assists with the maintenance of numerous contract templates, generic model documents to be utilized as the initial boiler template for the generation of commonly requested agreements
Responsible for the development and maintenance of contract department desk procedures
