Responsibilities
Design and build on-brand email campaigns and templates in Mailchimp
Create seasonal and evergreen merchandise designs across physical formats (mugs, tees, stickers, pins, tumblers, ornaments, and more)
Produce paid media creative for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms using provided footage and photography
Design website headers, campaign visuals, and other e-commerce creative assets
Support creative design for in-store brand elements, including packaging, cups, signage, digital menu boards, and other customer-facing materials as needed
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Partner with vendors and printers to review proofs, prep files, and ensure brand accuracy in production
Manage creative assets, exports, and production files with clear organization and versioning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in brand design, digital design, or creative production
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, merchandise, and digital execution
Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and comfort working in Canva
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deliverables at once
Excellent taste, attention to detail, and design judgment
Preferred
Experience working with e-commerce or consumer brands
