Mid LevelSensFlo is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support multiple executives in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth operations across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars and agendas for multiple executives across time zones
Schedule internal and external meetings (customers, partners, investors)
Coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries)
Support event coordination (trade shows, conferences, customer visits)
Assist with basic social media coordination and scheduling (LinkedIn)
Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and action items
Act as a central point of contact for executive and cross-functional coordination
Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as the company scales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendars, and video conferencing tools
High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple executives
Startup, technology, or operations-driven background
Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic social media workflows
