Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex or high-volume roles
Source, screen, and interview top talent using advanced techniques
Build strong candidate relationships and ensure compliance with ATS processes
May oversee payroll accuracy and issue resolution
Serve as primary contact for key clients; strengthen relationships through visits and communication
Partner with internal teams to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs
Identify opportunities to expand services and support retention initiatives
Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
Meet or exceed weekly goals for recruiting activity, interviews, and fill ratios
Act as escalation point for client or candidate issues
Mentor team members and share best practices
Ensure seamless onboarding and positive candidate experience
Champion company values and maintain compliance with HR and safety processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience with proven success
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to travel locally as needed
