Assist the trial team from the filing of the complaint through trial
Propound and respond to extensive discovery
Draft various motions, oppositions, and replies
Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
Calendar and notice depositions and other hearings
Set up Court Call and appearance attorneys
Organize documents for filing
Draft correspondence
Handle special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of personal injury, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases
Previous experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and work ethics
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
