Ability to elicit and document current-state processes
Experience with business capability mapping and value streams
Clear understanding of roles, workflows, and decision points
Ability to identify operational pain points
Translate stakeholder feedback into clear and structured problem statements
Define a solution-independent future state, covering: People (roles & responsibilities), Process (simplified and automated workflows), Technology (high-level, non-technical view)
Perform gap analysis and recommend a prioritized roadmap or epics
Comfortable working with senior business stakeholders and leadership
Strong facilitation skills for workshops and interviews
Ability to maintain regular communication and weekly status updates
Create clear, executive-ready artifacts
Deliver well-structured presentations that clearly articulate: Current state, Key pain points, Future state vision, Recommendations and next steps
