Make reminder phone calls as needed

Qualification
Required
Speaking and Reading (Bilingual Mandarin)
Minimum high school diploma
1+ years of clinical research experience
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Must be able to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments
Must have keyboarding and basic computer experience
Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance
