Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Client Solutions Engineers and Systems Integrators

Foster a culture built on collaboration, technical excellence, and ownership

Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and champion continuous improvement

Direct the execution of IT projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget completion

Allocate resources effectively across the IS Team to support multiple concurrent initiatives

Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and maintain transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders

Oversee VoIP deployments and system integrations, ensuring reliability and seamless performance for client environments

Maintain standards for design, implementation, and documentation

Manage and continuously improve InfiNet’s internal IT systems

Oversee upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure secure and efficient operations

Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen system reliability and performance

Serve as an expert escalation point for complex issues

Ensure timely resolution and promote detailed documentation for future reference

Uphold cybersecurity and compliance best practices across all projects and systems

Ensure processes align with data protection standards and industry regulations

Track and report on key metrics such as project delivery, system health, and team utilization

Identify trends, anticipate challenges, and drive operational improvements
