Senior Dotnet Developer
Concorde, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join their Research & Development Department. The role focuses on building and optimizing data-centric applications, APIs, and data services to support Finance, Reporting/Analytics, and AI/ML teams, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications and data services
Build and optimize data heavy APIs, integration layers, and backend services supporting Finance, Reporting, and AI teams
Develop ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, and automated data processing routines
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and modern .NET patterns
Implement data validation, transformation, and normalization logic across systems
Troubleshoot and optimize applications and SQL queries for performance and scalability
Partner with Finance to support revenue systems, billing logic, reconciliation workflows, and financial reporting
Work with the Reporting/Analytics team to deliver high-quality data models, stored procedures, and reporting APIs
Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate data pipelines, model outputs, and intelligent automation features into production systems
Participate in architectural discussions related to data flows, integrations, and system interoperability
Contribute to data architecture decisions, schema design, and integration frameworks
Implement and enforce CI/CD, DevOps, and version controlled database deployment practices
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices
Document development processes, data flows, and operational procedures
Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PII, DOT)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of .NET development, including .NET Core and modern implementation patterns
7+ years of SQL Server development, including DDL, DML, indexing, performance tuning, and stored procedure design
Strong experience building data‑centric applications, APIs, and integration services
Experience supporting financial systems, reporting pipelines, or data‑driven business operations
Proficiency in C#, RESTful API development, and backend architecture
Experience with ETL/ELT tools, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or similar reporting technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), serverless functions, and cloud based data services
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, Agile methodologies, and design patterns
Experience with database version control tools (Redgate, dbForge, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, especially when working with Finance, Reporting, and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions
Preferred
Experience with financial systems, billing engines, or accounting workflows
Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, model integration, or intelligent automation
Healthcare data standards (HL7, EMR/EHR integrations)
HIPAA, PII, or DOT compliance experience
Experience with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, or OLAP systems
