Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategy aligned with organizational growth targets and CMS regulatory standards
Lead and coach team of Sales Managers, Supervisors, and sales staff on Medicare product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance
Ensure 100% CMS compliance across all distribution channels and delegated entities with zero critical audit findings
Manage FMO partnerships and agency distribution channels (5 Delegated Entities and downlines) with strategic relationship oversight
Develop and execute Physician engagement initiatives to drive referrals and Medicare market share growth
Partner with Operations and Compliance on CRM configuration, lead pipeline, and sales forecasting
Qualification
Required
Lead strategic direction for Medicare Advantage sales growth across all distribution channels
Manage a comprehensive sales organization including delegated entities, agents, Sales Managers and direct sales teams
Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategy aligned with organizational growth targets and CMS regulatory standards
