Sales Associate
LendingPros is committed to supporting Mortgage Brokers with both prime and non-prime lending options. They are seeking a mortgage Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with brokers, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and partners
Identifying new business opportunities
Providing tailored mortgage solutions
Engaging in lead follow-ups
Assisting with loan applications
Ensuring a seamless experience through collaboration with operations staff
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client consultations
Familiarity with mortgage products including Non-QM, lending protocols, and regulatory compliance
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving industry trends
Preferred
Proficiency in Encompass and CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
Previous experience in sales, mortgage lending, or financial services is advantageous
