Responsibilities

Responsible for maintenance of the company's internal IT systems; provide operational support for projects to ensure quality delivery
Manage and maintain back-end systems such as OA (Office Automation) and DevOps platforms
Maintain end-user devices including office computers, printers, access control systems, and surveillance equipment

Qualification

Linux operationsWindows/Mac maintenanceDNS/AD/FTP/LDAP managementShell scriptingIT office environment setupChinese language

Required

Familiar with Linux system operations and maintenance (e.g., RedHat/CentOS); proficient in writing shell scripts
Experience with operations and maintenance of Windows/Mac operating systems and office computers; capable of reinstalling office computer systems
Knowledgeable in building IT office environments and structured cabling (both strong and weak current)
Familiar with configuration and management of DNS, AD, FTP, LDAP; understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, etc
Chinese is required for this role because you'll work closely with internal teams and partners in China, especially on coordination, execution, and decision-making
