WSAudiology is a global leader in the hearing aid industry, and they are seeking a Strategy Consultant to partner closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the regional growth agenda. This role involves driving enterprise-level strategy and leading high-impact consulting assignments across various channels throughout the Americas.

Responsibilities

Support building and cascading the Americas Regional Strategy to drive growth
Contribute to development of Business Unit strategies
Drive selected and lead implementation of strategic priorities
Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions
Prepare pitches for new initiatives including feasibility analyses
Ensure buy-in, ownership and continuous reinforcement of strategic initiatives
Develop and deliver effective decision-making materials for both Executive Management and the WSA Board of Directors

Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience as a management consultant or in-house strategy consultant

Possess excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
Structured problem-solver
Ability to reduce complexity and communicate via PowerPoints, Excel and other tools
Foster a growth mindset, be proactive, enthusiastic and with a relentless drive
