Responsibilities
Assist in managing personal injury cases from filing through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Review medical records, bills, and damages documentation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Maintain accurate case files and meet all litigation deadlines
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar license or bar-eligible (pending admission acceptable)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Working knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and tort law
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Client-focused mindset with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a litigation team
Preferred
Personal injury or civil litigation experience through clinics, internships, or clerkships
Moot court or trial advocacy experience
Spanish proficiency
