Responsibilities
Schedule & Dispatch – Coordinate service technicians based on ticket priority, customer needs, and availability
Service Ticket Management – Open, update, and complete work orders; process invoices; handle vendor warranty claims
Inventory Coordination – Track and request parts and materials to support timely service resolution
Customer Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related issues, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Administrative Support – Maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in AV service dispatch or coordination in a tech-heavy environment
Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, service processes, or technical support workflows
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues professionally
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key, and service or CRM platforms
Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail under pressure
Preferred
Background in AV integration, broadcast systems, or field service
Preferred experience: handling vendor communication, warranties, or technical escalations
