Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish
Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight
Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines
Solve problems on-site fast so jobs never stall
Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline
Document everything cleanly in our job management tools
Communicate with the office and keep everyone on the same page
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership presence—crews follow your direction the first time
Clean driving record
Tech-capable with scheduling software, apps, photos, and documentation
Detail-driven, organized, and consistent
Available to work evenings and weekends, especially in the busy season. (April - September)
