Responsibilities

Lead fund formation and management for venture and hedge fund strategies
Provide regulatory guidance on digital asset investments and compliance
Draft and negotiate investment agreements and transaction documents
Advise blockchain/crypto portfolio companies on various legal matters
Conduct due diligence on digital asset investments
Monitor and interpret evolving crypto regulations

Required
