Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, minimalist, hotel-style living environment
Proactively manage household flow so the space always feels calm, functional, and ready for use
Maintain household tidiness between housekeeping visits, including light organizing and surface cleaning
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure regular deep cleaning, laundry schedules, and linen turnover
Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen, including dishes, counters, and daily resets
Receive, track, and manage packages and deliveries
Handle dry-cleaning coordination and garment care logistics
Maintain a running list of household needs and restock essentials proactively
Coordinate small household projects and service providers (repairs, installs, deliveries), ensuring follow-through to standard
Run local errands and provide general personal assistance as needed
Assist with light calendar coordination and day-to-day scheduling support
Track routine tasks, reminders, and simple life admin, flagging items before they become urgent
Occasionally assist with light meal preparation and/or coordinate meal delivery services as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager with hands-on, in-home support
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through
Proactive and solutions-oriented; anticipates needs rather than waiting for instruction
Tech-savvy, comfortable managing smart-home systems and consumer technology
Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for organization, presentation, and visual order
Comfortable working independently with minimal micromanagement
Must be local to New York City; Manhattan-based candidates strongly preferred
Professional references required
Willingness to undergo a background check
