Responsibilities

Support daily production operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the floor

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scrap reduction, cost savings, and Lean principles

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and documentation

Support product design and manufacturing readiness (GD&T, DFMEA input, failure analysis)

Utilize CAD tools to support design and process needs as required

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams

Navigate and comply with ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated medical manufacturing requirements

Required

Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
