Responsibilities
Install, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment within a specified territory
Schedule service calls with clients
Maintain and properly document inventory and required service paperwork
Punctuality is key in service, it is critical to maintain accurate, on-time scheduled appointments
Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures
Provide technical support for all certified equipment on Client’s site
Complete assigned training and certifications
May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Comptia Net+ or equivalent
Clean driving record
Valid Drivers License
Participate in the After-Hours Service Program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize and schedule time effectively
Preferred
Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience
