Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting oversight
High-volume transaction management (500+ transactions per month)
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
General ledger maintenance and month-end close
Payroll coordination and job-cost tracking
Financial reporting and data accuracy
Support leadership with real-time financial insights
Qualification
Required
Extremely strong experience with QuickBooks Online (non-negotiable)
Proven background as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
Ability to manage high transaction volume with accuracy
ServiceTitan experience required
Ability to start immediately
Preferred
Experience supporting construction, electrical, or trades-based businesses strongly preferred
