IT Support/Call Center
KTek Resourcing is seeking entry-level Technical Support professionals for HCL Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or call center operations and possess basic technical knowledge, along with strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Perform basic troubleshooting of common technical issues (internet, login issues, configuration support, software assistance, etc.)
Follow standard procedures and scripts to identify the root cause of issues
Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a corporate/professional environment and handle customer interactions confidently
Basic understanding or familiarity with technical concepts, such as mobile/desktop device settings
Basic software usage
