Vice President of Global Sales

The Vice President of Global Sales will develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth while managing day-to-day sales operations and leading a team to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive international and domestic growth
Managing day-to-day sales operations
Leading a team in identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, qualifying leads, and building strong client relationships
Collaborating closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Contributing to the company’s long-term growth
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Sales Operations and International Sales
Proven ability in Sales and Account Management
Skills in Business Planning and developing comprehensive sales strategies
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the micro motion systems, high-tech, or relevant industries is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
USA citizenship or permanent resident status required
