They are seeking a Research Science Engineer to develop advanced semiconductor technologies, including device design, simulation, characterization, and process optimization for high-performance power applications.

Responsibilities
Perform TCAD simulations, device testing, and data analysis
Design and layout test structures using Cadence tools
Conduct electrical characterization with analyzers (e.g., Keysight B1500)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology qualification and product integration
Qualification
Required
BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science; MS/PhD preferred
Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes
Hands-on experience in lab measurements and data analysis
Familiarity with TCAD, Cadence, and reliability testing
Preferred
Experience with GaN technology is a plus
