Responsibilities
Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures
Perform all repairs, maintenance and part replacements adhering to preventive maintenance schedule (i.e., HVAC filters, light bulbs, etc.)
Pick up parts and supplies from vendors
Respond to all internal and external guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid guest inconvenience or discomfort
Accurately record all pertinent data
Continually assess the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and downtime, ease of operation, and efficiency are being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations
Assist in the set up for exhibits and conventions as required
Work closely with Chief Engineer, as well as other Engineers
Formulate bill of materials to accomplish tasks
Systematically prepare to assume job assignments ensuring necessary equipment, parts and materials are available and tasks can be accomplished efficiently and safely
Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area
Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment
Displays good judgment and ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization and its guests
