Responsibilities
Represent lenders and borrowers in complex fund finance transactions
Draft and negotiate loan documents for subscription credit facilities
Work on a variety of structures, including NAV, hybrid, and management company facilities
Manage client relationships and lead transactions with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree from a top 30 law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA
3-5 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on fund finance
Strong drafting and client management skills
Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (typically 3 days in-office)
Preferred
Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred
North Carolina Bar membership preferred or eligibility for admission
