Intern IT Audit Summer 2026 | Multiple Locations
Forvis Mazars US is a company focused on managing business risk, and they are seeking an intern for their IT Audit team. In this role, you will help clients identify and manage risks while improving IT processes and controls.

Responsibilities
Demonstrating an understanding of IT controls associated with applications, databases, operating systems, networks, and reporting tools
Performing IT general control audit procedures including walkthroughs and testing of IT general controls for areas such as change management, logical security, computer operations, cybersecurity, etc
Working with client personnel to gain an understanding of IT processes and controls, obtain audit evidence, and analyze testing results
Delivering Forvis Mazars' commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, computer science or related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrating an understanding of IT controls associated with applications, databases, operating systems, networks, and reporting tools
Performing IT general control audit procedures including walkthroughs and testing of IT general controls for areas such as change management, logical security, computer operations, cybersecurity, etc
Working with client personnel to gain an understanding of IT processes and controls, obtain audit evidence, and analyze testing results
