This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations, managing store teams, and overseeing maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities
Ensuring all Best Wash team members deliver exceptional customer service
Ensuring stores are presentable, clean, and inviting
Assisting with on-the-ground marketing where needed
Assisting with building security
Assist in hiring, training, and development of Store Managers
Filling in for shifts if needed
General store maintenance, carpentry, and repairs
Collect currency and make deposits
Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of washers, dryers, vending machines, and related infrastructure
Completing an annual maintenance survey and assisting in developing a one-year maintenance plan
Performing seasonal activities like winter salt, grass cutting, etc., where needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Mechanical troubleshooting/maintenance experience/carpentry
Proficient knowledge of laundry equipment or other appliances
Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to identify a problem, and use analytical skills to identify the root cause and implement sustainable solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds
Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
General computer skills required
Preferred
Experience in commercial laundry, appliance repair, facilities maintenance, or service-oriented operations
Benefits
Performance bonus up to of 100% base salary based on store performance and store count.
