Order Processor
Foundation Recruiting and Consulting is a materials and parts supplier for the government and commercial industries, and they are seeking an Order Processor. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, managing quotes, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer and route emails & telephone calls
Review all customer requests for quotes
Research and locate parts for customer quotes (material chasing)
Enter quotes into QuickBooks
Email customer quotes & follow up
Respond to customer emails/calls
Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy
Order parts and materials to fulfill customer order
Organize and maintain system for all customer/vendor correspondence
Contacting vendors for shipment dates
Scan documents and drawings as needed
Create or maintain reports as needed
Scanning & organizing electronic files
Filing
Flexibility to take on any new company or customer work as assigned
Other Admin or Customer Service duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal skills
Customer service skills
Multi-tasking skills are critical
Strong Online research abilities
Must be highly organized, fast, and efficient
Ability to work in a team environment, while completing tasks independently
Quality work, detailed, and accurate
Helpful to others (co-workers, customers, company)
Good Time Management and Problem Solving, basic math aptitude
Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge is helpful
High School Diploma or GED
Authorized to work in US
Can pass a background check including cannabis drug screen
