Perform regular on-site technology alignments for clients, assessing IT infrastructure, security, and compliance in line with established standards
Collaborate closely with our vCIO to support strategic IT planning and solution recommendations
Analyze clients' LOB applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, industry-specific software) and business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and present suggestions for process automation, efficiency gains, and technology integrations that align with clients' business goals
Build strong client relationships through insightful consultations, focusing on how IT can drive business outcomes
Monitor and report on key metrics, including alignment scores, process efficiencies, and automation impacts
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and MSP best practices to inform your recommendations
Qualification
Required
