Corporate & Business Transactions - Midlevel Associate
Direct Counsel is partnering with one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeking highly qualified mid-level Corporate Associates for its Corporate & Business Transactions group. This role provides direct exposure to sophisticated clients and the chance to work within a collaborative, deeply experienced transactional team, handling high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.

Qualification
Required
3–5 years of law firm experience in Mergers & acquisitions (buyer- and seller-side)
3–5 years of law firm experience in Private equity transactions
3–5 years of law firm experience in Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
3–5 years of law firm experience in Managing deal processes and conducting due diligence
Excellent academic credentials
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
The ability to work efficiently on fast-paced, high-stakes transactions
Active member of the bar in the state corresponding to their chosen office
