Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting Workday across multiple modules, potentially including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Workday Security, Integrations
Take full responsibility for the configuration of assigned HR events in Workday, deployment of new modules, design and configuration of new features and solutions for requested enhancements
Design, configure, test, and implement Workday improvements and business process changes and troubleshoot issues when they arise
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to understand business requirements and execute on technical solution requirements
Collaborate with process SMEs and technical product managers to evaluate business requirements and recommend technical solutions
Deliver technical solutions that measurably improve the employee digital experience and improve the usability of our HR systems
Research and address data integrity issues and errors. Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate. Establish audit processes as needed
Support projects to streamline processes, eliminate non-value-added activities improve efficiency, and ensure timely completion, high-quality implementations, achievement of budget targets, and outstanding customer service

Required

5+ years experience in Workday, including 3+ years configuring Workday (i.e., business processes, integrations, security). Must be able to hit the ground running on day 1 to support the team with complex Workday changes
Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday
Advanced Workday Report Writing experience
Studio Integrations experience
Experience working in agile work environment and working in ticket/case management systems (e.g., JIRA)
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence
Strong collaborator; can engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels
Strong customer happiness orientation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related business area is helpful
