They are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador & Business Development Specialist to drive sales and community engagement in the Portland area, representing the brand at various venues and creating engaging social media content.

Responsibilities
Venue Scouting: Identify and visit top-tier bars, breweries, and FECs (Family Entertainment Centers) in Portland. You’ll be the one starting the conversation with owners about why a Luxodd cabinet is a better ROI than a traditional pinball machine
Social Content Creation: Capture high-quality video of our cabinets in action. You’ll edit and post engaging reels/TikToks/stories that showcase the 'Strategic Betting' experience and the 'Luck is Odd' culture
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Luxodd at local pop-ups, game developer meetups, and venue launches
Relationship Management: Keep our merchant partners happy and ensure our cabinets are performing at their peak
Qualification
Required
Experience in social media management or content creation
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or brand promotion
Reliable transportation to visit venues around the Portland metro area
A friendly, 'nice person' attitude—we are a small, tight-knit team and culture is everything
Preferred
A 'People Person': You can walk into a crowded bar, find the manager, and strike up a genuine, professional conversation
Business Savvy: You understand that our merchants care about ROI. You can explain how our 70/30 revenue split and 'Endless Games' model beats the competition
Creative: You have an eye for social media trends and can edit video on the fly (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Tech-Friendly: You don't need to be a GoLang dev, but you should be comfortable explaining that our cabinets are 'Cloud-connected, WebGL-driven, and POS-integrated.'
Portland Local: You know the vibe of the city and where our 'Pawn' and 'Rook' cabinets would thrive
