Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, addressing questions on financial products, taxes, and withdrawals
Analyze and resolve customer issues, taking ownership to ensure a positive outcome
Educate callers on product features and services
Maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a professional, customer-first attitude
Preferred
Financial services experience is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred
