Responsibilities
Provide statistical leadership and hands-on support across multiple stages of drug development, including early research and clinical programs
Contribute to study design, statistical methodology, and data interpretation to support development and decision-making
Develop, review, and maintain statistical analysis plans, protocols, and related documentation
Support a range of analyses including efficacy, safety, PK/PD, biomarker, and exploratory endpoints
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, biometrics, regulatory, and research teams to ensure alignment on data strategy and analysis
Oversee and review statistical outputs from external partners or service providers to ensure quality and consistency
Perform and interpret statistical analyses for complex and longitudinal datasets
Support preparation of study reports, regulatory documentation, and scientific communications
Clearly communicate statistical concepts and results to diverse audiences
Contribute to process improvement, best practices, and mentoring within the statistics function
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field
Several years of biostatistics experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences setting
Experience supporting clinical or translational research programs
Strong understanding of statistical methods applied to biomedical data
Proficiency with statistical programming and analysis tools such as SAS and/or R
Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors
Familiarity with regulatory expectations and industry standards for statistical analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
