Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects effectively
Experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions, coordinating materials, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project requirements
Strong skills in Inspection and quality control to ensure all work adheres to industry standards and project specifications
Competency in Logistics Management, including resource allocation, supply chain coordination, and schedule optimization
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC is highly desirable
Proficiency in relevant project management and industry software is advantageous
