Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with automotive diagnostic-related questions and basic technical issues
Log, track, and document customer interactions accurately in the system
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when required
Follow standard operating procedures and service desk best practices
Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support process
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling customer calls (inbound and outbound)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
Willingness to learn automotive diagnostics (training will be provided)
Ability to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI
Preferred
Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
