Qualification
Required
Strong Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional Account Management skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
Demonstrated Team Management experience, with the ability to motivate, lead and mentor sales teams
Sharp Analytical Skills for evaluating sales performance data and identifying growth opportunities
Strategic thinking with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with ad agencies or in a similar environment that requires a strong understanding of advertising campaigns
Adaptability to a remote work environment and collaborative tools
