The ideal candidate will play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining SDA and DNAC environments within a complex enterprise network.

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive routing and switching engineering support to the customer, ensuring seamless integration and operation of SDA and DNAC platforms
Demonstrate deep expertise in DNA Center (DNAC) and SDA, providing technical guidance and support for deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization
Assist in ISE “tie-in” projects, supporting optimization of route, switch, and security technologies
Lead the successful deployment of DNAC as a centralized management and automation platform across the customer organization
Collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams to plan, execute, and optimize SDA and existing network infrastructures
Provide proactive and reactive support, troubleshooting complex network issues and recommending performance enhancements
Participate in enterprise network planning, design, and implementation projects to align infrastructure with business goals
Act as a technical advisor, sharing best practices and operational insights with client stakeholders, including executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with SDA, DNAC, and related network technologies
Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, planning, and deployment
Hands-on experience with ISE integration and network automation
Excellent technical leadership and communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and technical teams
Prior experience supporting large, complex enterprise networks
Preferred
Cisco CCIE Routing & Switching certification highly preferred; other Cisco certifications are a plus
