Attend trials/arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances
Prepare pleadings, set up motions, and draft legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs
Manage a challenging, fast-paced, and interesting case load
Work effectively within a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines
Train in Personal Injury Law if needed

5+ years of Elder Abuse law firm experience
Admission to the State Bar of California
