Answer incoming phone calls and schedule deliveries for qualifying customers
Follow provided scripts to communicate program details and give appropriate information
Enter customer data accurately and maintain organized records
Coordinate with management regarding schedules, customer updates, and changes
Track and report daily activities and service outcomes
Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Somali preferred
